Working experiences
In 1975, he was recruited by RINK’S SECURMARK S.p.A. (leader Armoured Car Company in Italy for C.I.T.) as simple Security Officer. From 1976 he went through different charges: clerk in Sales Department - Florence branch Manager - Operation Department Chief - Sales Department Chief.
In 1983, he became an Executive, first as Operation Department Executive Manager and one year later as Sales Department Executive Manager.
In 1986, he progressed to Security Managing Director.
He resigned in 1990, to found the following company:
“STUDIO I.C.R. S.r.l,”- Investigation, Security Consulting, Security Operation and Firearms Training -, with head office in Firenze of which he is C.E.O. and owner.
From 1997 till October 2001, he was shareholder and C.E.O. of the Private Guarding Company: “S.D.S. SERVIZI DI SICUREZZA S.r.l.” in Firenze.

He works as Security Advisor for some important italian Executives/CEO of well known companies as well as Security Manager for dangerous Events..

He works Protective Details to US Companies and Executives from 2004 where he actively participates in advance preparations, logistical support and personal protection)

• both as Member of an US Protective Team in: Italy from 2004 – London and United Kingdom (mostly on June/July 2005) and then year by year in France and Montecarlo – Spain – Netherlands -Austria – Greece - Argentina
• and as Leader of his Italian Team (English speaking and female officers if requested) mostly in the North West and East of Italy - Milan - Florence and Tuscany - Rome – Naples and surroundings – Sicily.

In June 2010, he has been Security Manager for some Events in Florence, where the richest Families of the world (by Forbes) attended.
From 1990 he is involved as Instructor in numerous PRIVATE and PUBLIC TRAINING COURSE FOR C.I.T. and SECURITY GUARDS COMPANIES; he teaches laws, security procedures, firearms safety, tactical shooting
In 1993, he has been involved as Instructor in the planning and realisation of the FIRST PUBLIC TRAINING COURSE FOR PRIVATE DETECTIVE (see Official Bulletin of Tuscany Region, 24th February 1993).
He is the author of the “TRAINING MANUAL FOR CASH IN TRANSIT COMPANY GUARDS” edited by VINCENZI & C S.r.l. - Verona - also on laser disks.
